Sales Automation and Marketing Manager

Job Objective: Help eMagazines acquire customers (magazine publishers) to purchase its production and delivery software and services. Success is measured based on lead generation activity and number of prospects entering our sales funnel.

Duties

  • Leverage CRM tools and add to leads in database through research and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dux-soup, etc.
  • Launch and manage a marketing automation platform to engage prospective clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and drive the email outreach program for eMagazines. (You will build, target and optimize all email components - subject line, templates, content, timing etc.)
  • Manage content marketing strategy for eMagazines. Work with freelancers to write content and post on social channels, the eMagazines blog and obtain 3rd party placements.
  • Experiment with digital advertising techniques to drive client engagement.
  • Review and suggest improvements for the eMagazines.com website.
  • Engage current clients with email messages reinforcing the value of the eMagazines product and providing updates and news.
  • Increase qualified client sales funnel by participating in industry conferences.

Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Objective: Contact publishers and accounts for the purpose of signing them up to purchase its production and delivery software and services. Success is measured based on number of new publishers that sign up to participate.

Duties

  • Learn product suite and present directly to publishers. Follow potential customers through entire sales funnel until they’ve signed up or said no.
  • Participate in industry conferences and manage pre and post event communications.
  • Introduce the eMagazines products and services through live or virtual meetings by effectively contacting publishers and establishing rapport.
  • Maintain pristine records within the eMags CRM databases including not only contact information but also activity with publishers.
  • Effectively leverage CRM tools to organize business development process.
  • Master the eMagazines product suite and present directly to publishers. Manage potential customers through entire sales funnel, documenting declines with detail.
  • Grow the eMagazines brand by actively participating in industry conferences, managing pre- and post-event communications directly.
